Parrotlet
This picture is not of him, but it's a very close resemblance with only a few small differences in coloration.
Found Parrolet - Plainfield, New Hampshire - July 6, 2008 Just two days ago our beloved family pet parrotlet, Andee, ran/flew away. His wings are clipped, so he couldn't have gone too far. We moved his cage outside in case he gets hungry and decides to return, but he still hasn't. We've been searching desperately for him, but still haven't found him.
