Lost Pale Yellow Parakeet - Falls Church, Virginia - May 29, 2008

This parakeet is pale yellow-white with a patch of brilliant blue at the base of its wings in back and a little blue under the winds on the side. Budgie, American. Lost in Falls Church, VA flew out of its cage headed towards Mclean, VA.

Additional information: This bird was flying fast over No Va at a high rate of speed. These Budgies are terrific fliers and can fly long distances in search of food and water so it is possible he may be seen in another adjoining state(s). If seen please let me know. The bird was not handled so is not accustomed to human hands and will likely not come when called to. But if by chance someone should catch him, please notify me. I would love to recover him before winter.
