there is a green parrott in my back yard in rancho penisquitos (north county) i have not seen it but my dad has and says, it s green and big and he has seen it twice. thats about all he can say. i have two parrots of my own that is the only reason i am trying to track a owner if this bird has one. call me if you like. 858 395 2783 kelly
