CRACKERS

Lost Lory Parrot - Rowlett, Texas - March 11, 2009

During the storm midmorning Wednesday, March 11, 2009, somehow my beautiful and very loved Lori Parrot, "Crackers", escaped, we believe, out our doggy door.

She is mostly green with red, yellow and dark navy blue/black mix. She says several phrases and the names, Janet, David, Marion, Honey, NaNa, Nick, and others.

A Lory parrot is somewhat larger than a paraket, but not by much. It is with prayer and hope that maybe someone saw her and possibly picked her up.

She is a tropical bird, needs warmth, and can only eat fruit and special bird food that the vet provides. Her water needs to be mixed with Karo Syrup.

If you were so kind to shelter her, please, please return her to us. We have had her since she was just a chick and this is the only home that she has ever lived in. A REWARD WILL BE OFFERED FOR HER SAFE RETURN.

Thank you so very much.
