Lost Jardine's Parrot - Wallingford, Vermont - Aug. 9, 2008 Margaret is Jardine's Parrot, female, lost 8/9/08 from Wallingford, Vermont; she is bight green with black on her wings and tail; a bright orange cap on her head, short tail and large beak. She weighs about 200 grams was not clipped. She loves almonds and cashews; she is a very timid bird and will be frightened. If you see her or think you have seen her, please get in touch with me somehow. She has been our pet for 11 years and we are heartbroken. We are both senior citizens; she is like a child to us.
