Lost Green Indian Ring-Neck Parakeet - Washington, DC - July 5, 2009 Pickles is a green Indian Ring-Neck Parakeet and was last seen in a tree at the Haupt Gardens at the Smithsonian Castle on Sunday, July 5th in the late afternoon. he does not have flight feathers and there were no predators around so we are hoping a kind hearted person thought he was lost and wanted to rescue him.
