Found small Green Parrot - Atlanta, Georgia - April 2009 A neighbor has seen a small parrot feeding at their bird feeder. Not sure if it is a parrot, parakeet, conure or some type of other pet bird. The parrot has been coming and going from the feeder since Saturday, April 25th. The bird appears to be about 12" from beak to toe and has a red head and red around its neck onto the top part of its chest. The rest of the bird appears to be a greenish yellow color.
