Found- Parakeet/ budgie- yellow/ light green N.Va

Found Parakeet - Fairfax, Virginia - July 23, 2008

I Found a light yellow with green undertone parakeet/ Budgie outside my fairfax VA. condo. around the 23rd of July. The bird let me walk right up and pick it up.(it because no clue if male of famale) It has a tag on the left leg.
