Cockatiel

Birdie Girl

Birdie Girl

Lost Cockatiel - Tacoma, Washington - Aug. 6, 2008

My momma cockatiel is an older bird and very precious. She has a yellow head and body with grey/cinnamon markings on her back and wings. She also had a slight black vertical line on her beak and a horizontal crack near the beak point.

Her name is "Birdie Girl" and her sound is more of a "peep" than the traditional male chirp. She's missing a few toes and tonails but is very tame. Her mate, babies, and I miss her so very much and she flew out around 8/6/08 and I last saw her flying near 25th St. and Grant Ave. near my home in Tacoma, WA.
