I have no idea if it was yours, but you're the only listing I could find in the MN area. We just had an African Gray parrot hanging out on our tree in the backyard for about 15 minutes. It started making it's way down to us, but then took off (so it flies/it's wings aren't clipped).
It didn't get close enough for us to see any markings/leg bands etc. But it did whistle a very distinct whistle, and would repeat it back to me once I mimicked it.
I will keep an eye out if it comes back. We're in the Inver Grove Heights area.
If you see this post, and can give me any idea of something that might make it come to me, let me know and I'll try it.
